Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties has a full-time opportunity for a Total Rewards Manager in Anaheim, CA.
This is a hybrid position (3 days on-site/2 days remote).
The Total Rewards Manager will lead the design and delivery of comprehensive compensation and benefits programs within the organization. The position plays a vital role in ensuring our rewards programs attract, retain, and engage top clinical and non-clinical talent while aligning with our mission of delivering exceptional patient care. Provides expertise in healthcare benefits administration alongside growing leadership in compensation strategy. Partners with brokers and insurance carriers to resolve issues regarding eligibility and claims. Provides a high level of customer service at all times. Conduct all benefits-related auditing and reporting. Plans and conducts all benefits-related training: open enrollment, new hire orientation, and benefits enhancements.
