PPOSBC is looking for a Marketing Manager who is responsible for the strategy, development, and execution of social media and advertising for the agency.

The Marketing Manager works closely with the VP of Marketing Communications, the Marketing Specialist, the Digital Communication Specialist, and the Health Education Digital Communications Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategy and content for all agency social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, and Yelp.
  • Develop monthly social media analytics reports and analysis.
  • Assist with strategy and implementation of digital and traditional advertising to achieve agency goals within budget.
  • Effectively manage a direct report and an indirect report. Work closely across multiple departments and vendors.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in social media and advertising field. Have a clear understanding of how to use and garner engagement on popular social media platforms.
  • Ensure brand consistency in trademark, design, and tone.
  • Proof materials for grammar and accuracy of information.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8+ years marketing/advertising/social media or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of supervisory experience required
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be creative and demonstrate initiative
  • Ability to demonstrate mature judgment, initiative, and critical thinking
  • Copywriting/copy editing experience a plus
  • Social design experience a plus (examples: Canva, CloudApp, Easel.ly, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to pro-actively and effectively multi-task and prioritize projects and meet deliverables according to established deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to quality healthcare and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Thinks creatively in solving conflicts and identifying solutions
  • Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes
  • Must be capable of working independently, yet collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
