Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Manager manages the recruitment efforts by developing, honing and executing the strategic recruitment plan through effective utilization of recruitment best practices and direction of the recruitment team.   Responsible for ensuring effective processes and resources are in place for all phases of the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer to qualified candidates.  Responsible for introducing “Best in Class” recruitment tools, processes and procedures and delivering a high level of customer service to internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and applicants.  The Talent Acquisition Manager works as a strategic partner with VP of HR and senior management to understand future and current workforce needs.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience required; health-care recruitment experience required.
  • 2+ years of supervisor experience
  • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to quality health-care and excellent customer service.
  • Proven success in sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement of qualified health-care candidates, including licensed staff (NPs, PAs, and Physicians).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive hiring results through creative recruiting techniques in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers and ability to lead and train management regarding staffing practices and processes.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking system(s) required, iCIMS preferred
  • Ability to delegate to and empower staff effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to pro-actively and effectively multi-task and prioritize.
