The Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties team consists of medical professionals, health educators, advocacy, and corporate positions all working together to provide the community with high quality health care and education, regardless of personal circumstance or ability to pay.  We are looking for passionate individuals who want to help us change lives and empower communities through reproductive freedom, gender equality, and health care access. 



Responsible for operating and staffing the Hotline, as well as the Online Hotline and the education e-mail.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Availability to work fixed hours, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm with one-hour off for lunch. Requires a valid CA driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation.

Bilingual Spanish Required.



Bachelors degree in Health Sciences, or any other science related field including biological science, pre-medical; Education, Liberal Arts, Sociology, Social Work, or other related fields, or a minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Possession of or ability to gain California Family Health Council’s Basic Family Health Worker certification within 3 months of employment.
