Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounting tasks and procedures including but not limited to reconciliation of income, expense and balance sheet accounts; maintenance of reconciliation for subsidiary system, e.g.   Maintain fixed asset records and calculation of depreciation. Responsible for prepaid and expense schedules, calculation of accruals and reversals. Assists with grant invoicing and grant accounting.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, as required.      
  • May require/requires valid CA driver’s license and a reliable means of transportation

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent working experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years working experience in an accounting department.
  • Working knowledge of general accepted accounting principles, practices and procedures.
  • At least two year of general ledger experience.
